[Q]: QUESTION: Cannot use Xloader to Flash FW
[A]: ANSWER: You can uninstall this driver and install the correct
driver from our website. After installation, use Xloader and choose the correct
tab according to our instruction, otherwise, the configuration will be wrong
resulting in fail to flash firmware.
[Q]: QUESTION: Module is powered up when connecting with computer, but
does not respond when connected with FatShark Goggles
[A]: ANSWER: When attached to the goggles, you have to switch the Rx
switch to turn on the True-D, check that the goggles battery capacity is still
valid and make sure that the module is inserted correctly and firmly. There are
cases where the module is wrongly inserted or the pins are not firmly attached,
resulting in in-sufficient power supply or unstable performance.
[Q]: QUESTION: How to correctly calibrate the True-D?
[A]: ANSWER: First, calibrate at 25mW and stay away 1 meter from the
VTX, remove the antenna from the module before calibrate
[Q]: QUESTION: My goggles cannot see video or only black and white, what
should I do?
[A]: ANSWER: First make sure that connections from camera to FC is
correct, check whether the camera is still working, the video format (PAL/NTSC)
is supported. Camera CMOS NTSC using with Dominator HD2, HD3 will also lose its
colors.
